What will participants gain from these courses?
A new perspective on anger and how to better manage responses to provoking situations. The book, DVD, online and distance-learning courses teach participants to turn anger into faith (first edition), assertiveness, problem-solving, empathy, conflict resolution and forgiveness. A certificate is awarded to those completing certificate programs upon successful completion of quizzes and exam. Some courses include optional phone training. The What’s Good About Anger? distance-learning courses have met anger management program standards by various court jurisdictions, employers, schools and correctional facilities throughout the USA.
What are the credentials of the Author and Institute’s President?
These distance-learning anger management courses are presented by Lynette Hoy, a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois, crisis counselor, President of CounselCare Connection, P.C. and the Anger Institure. She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV and also has been trained in domestic violence advocacy. Mrs. Hoy has trained and educated hundreds of clients, couples, professionals and students in anger management. Certificates are granted when the courses are successfully completed. Both James Bedell, PsyD. and Steve Yeschek, LCSW, are credentialed as Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV and are co-presenters at the conferences and contributors to the training curriculum.

SHIPPING: ALL products are shipped according to the customers’ discretion either by USPS (United States Postal Service), or UPS (United Parcel Service).DO NOT choose UPS service for delivery to PO Box addresses. Only USPS delivers to PO Box addresses. A shipping charge is selected by the customer according the service chosen at the time of purchase. The shipments without tracking are not the responsibility of the Anger Management Institute. Please make inquiries to the carrier. Shipments damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Anger Management Institute. Please make claims to the carrier.
RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted only for some products for a period of 14 days from the order invoice date. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items. Refunds are evaluated according to condition of items returned.
Note: Starter kits are not refundable due to the nature of the contents, pdf files, court templates, hand-outs, assessments, etc. Group curriculum, PDF files of workbooks, power point presentations and some DVDs cannot be refunded.RETURN PERMISSION MUST BE REQUESTED.

5. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the Anger Management Institute with permission from Lynette Hoy and within 14 days of purchase. New products which are returned with the original invoice and email permission from Lynette Hoy within 14 days of purchase will be credited with 85% of the invoice price minus any shipping fees.
